Terms
These terms cover the OpenAuditor site and API, operated by ERP.AI. By creating an account or calling the API, you accept them.
The service and your decisions
OpenAuditor returns verdicts on the items you send, with the tests, evidence and measured certainty behind each when a measurement is available. A verdict is evidence for your decision, not the decision itself. The published certainty states a measured error bound for verdicts of the same kind; it does not promise that any single verdict is correct.
You remain responsible for decisions you make with OpenAuditor's output, and for whether it suits your purpose, including any professional or regulatory standard you work under.
Read each verdict in its stated scope. A result based on supplied records depends on those records and the reference data you provide. Skipped checks, missing evidence and unqualified model questions affect what the result establishes. How it works explains these distinctions and the difference between a verdict, certainty and a risk estimate.
Your data
You must have the right to send the data you submit. You keep all rights in it. OpenAuditor processes it only to answer your requests and keeps it only as described in Privacy.
The hosted service is not a long-term archive of your review records. Single-verification responses need to be saved by your client if you want to retain them; completed audit results have the published retention window. Export the results and supporting evidence you need for your own process before that window ends.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to break the law, to send data you have no right to process, to probe or overload the service, to get around its limits, or to share keys outside your organization. Accounts that do may be suspended.
Account keys and console sessions share the same quotas. Creating additional keys does not change the account's allowance. Use the limits guide to plan batch sizes and retries, and the security guide to manage access to your integrations.
Plans, limits and changes
The Free plan is available within its published limits. Where a paid plan is offered, its price and allowances appear on Pricing, and the recurring amount and applicable tax are shown in checkout before you subscribe. Limits, use cases and these terms may change; changes to these terms are posted here with the date.
A new version of a use case or question gets a new version number, and responses always name the configuration that produced them. Keep that configuration with a saved response when you compare results across versions. The published evaluations describe the measurements available for the relevant checks.
Paid subscriptions, when available
Paid subscriptions renew monthly unless canceled. Manage billing and cancel renewal from your account through Stripe. A cancellation scheduled for the end of the paid period retains access through the date shown in your account; after that, Free limits apply. A past-due or unpaid subscription uses Free limits until payment and active subscription status are confirmed. Usage counters do not reset on a plan change.
There are no automatic usage overage charges. Paid allowances do not change the published request-size or retention limits and do not include priority processing or an uptime commitment. See billing help for account controls and payment issues. Contact ERP.AI with a billing or refund request.
No warranty
The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, ERP.AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Questions and contact
Contact ERP.AI through erp.ai with questions about these terms or use of the service. For a request-specific problem, include the request id and a sanitized description; do not send live API keys or confidential audit records in the initial message.
